Private Sessions

Boutique classes designed with an individualised, holistic approach. With a maximum of three clients per session, you will experience a personalised program that integrates:

  • Traditional Pilates techniques

  • Mobility, strength & functional movement

  • Breath work to enhance mind-body connection

Each session utilises the full range of Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Tower, Wundah Chair, Spine Corrector, and small apparatus.

First-time clients are required to complete an Initial Private Consultation before joining semi-private classes.

Semi-Private Sessions
