Hello and welcome, beautiful souls.

Like many of you, I have experienced burnout and disconnection from a busy corporate lifestyle which caused me to lose complete sight of my soul’s true purpose.

Living the nine-to-five slug, juggling motherhood and engaging in unhealthy habits consumed my life and I knew I needed to put an end to it before I completely lost direction.

My name is Kathryn.

My journey with movement began as a dancer, where I first discovered Pilates as a tool for recovery. From my first private session, I knew I had found a practice that would support my body in ways I had never experienced before.

I hold a Diploma of Pilates Instruction (Rehabilitation & Studio Methods) through Polestar Pilates Australia. My training also includes:

  • Certified Soul Purpose Life Coach

  • Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher

  • Himalayan Breathwork & Kriya Teacher (Sattva)

  • Barre Attack Instructor

With a holistic approach to transformation, I work with a diverse range of clients, including professional athletes, dancers, pre/postnatal mothers, seniors, and women navigating peri/post-menopause.

My passion lies in guiding clients towards sustainable practices that nourish their lives—integrating breath, movement, and mindset to support the nervous system and create long-lasting change.

My offerings are for those ready to move beyond the surface—to reconnect with their body, reclaim their breath, and rediscover the ease that comes with living in alignment.
