Breathwork is an ancient practice that invites us to move beyond the thinking mind and into expanded states of awareness. Through guided Breath, Movement, Kriya, Mantra, and Meditation, we clear stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the truth of who we are.

Kathryn is a certified Himalayan Breathwork and Kriya facilitator, trained under master teachers through The Sattva Life Avalon under Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India. Her sessions weave ancient Tantric and Kundalini teachings from the Himalayas with grounded, holistic guidance for modern life.
