Hi, I’m Kathryn — Movement & Breathwork Teacher, chocolate lover, chai drinker, spiritual sister, and proud boy mum.
You’ll often find me dancing in the kitchen, singing at the top of my lungs, talking to animals, or lying under the sky watching clouds. Nature brings me to tears, and a good flower sniff can reset my entire nervous system. I live for soul chats, warm tea, salty swims, conscious living… and time with my biggest teacher — my son, Reuben.
But life didn’t always feel this calm.
Years of anxiety, overworking, and unhealthy habits left me disconnected from my body and burnt out. What brought me home again was the daily devotion to mindful movement, breath, and living intentionally — and it’s now my greatest joy to share that with others.
My work is about helping you come back to yourself.
Through Pilates, Yoga, Functional Movement, Himalayan Breathwork, Holistic Coaching, and Meditation, I offer an integrative path to wellness that supports your nervous system, builds strength and mobility, and helps you move through life with more joy, calm, and presence.
